Packages

Prices may vary depending on the needs of each client. However, to give you an idea of how accessible and transparent we are, here you can see some of our most attractive service packages. 

If you already have a 3D model in SketchUp...

Prices are considerably lower if you already have a base 3D model on top of which we can render and add our components.

For projects of 600 sqmts (6500 sqft) of construction or less:

Prices in US dollars. Prices does not include VAT or any other taxes applicable. 

For projects of 600 sqmts of construction or more, as well as for projects that require 3D modeling in SketchUp or for projects that have been modeled in any other 3D modeling software (eg Revit, 3DMax, Rhino, etc…), please Contact our team for a personalized quote. 

Important notes:

  • The prices only apply if you already have a SketchUp model ready to render. In case of requiring 3D modeling work, the cost may increase depending on the time it takes us to build it.

  • The prices do not include post-production work, that is, photoshop or any other subsequent edition that the client may require. The renders are delivered as produced by our rendering software so that the end customer can make the post-production adjustments they may consider necessary. In case of requiring post-production services, these may have an extra cost. Please let us know before creating the order.

  • The expected final quality is similar to that of the renders shown on this web page. Our goal IS NOT to generate photorealistic quality renders, but professional renders as quickly as possible, at very affordable prices. In case you require photorealistic renders for your project, please let us know so we can make you a personalized quote. 

  • We can make final corrections if the client requires it, such as removing, adding or moving some interior decoration elements, changing the colors, materials or textures of the components or walls, changing the perspective, among others. However, for legal reasons, we have decided to limit the revisions to a maximum of 3 revisions, that is, you can only request to regenerate the renders a maximum of 3 times. However, we want you to know that our goal is for you to get a lot of satisfaction out of seeing your finished project, so if you still need improvement, please let us know upon delivery. Keep in mind that making changes to the original design may affect final delivery times. 

  • When we mention that the project can be delivered in less than 24 hours, it is an estimated time and the delivery time is not guaranteed. This does not mean that we will take longer, but that we will do our best to deliver it within the next 24 hours, but the fact that we do not do so does NOT mean that the project is delivered free of charge. 

  • Delivery in less than 24 hours is subject to restrictions, as well as subject to availability and only applies to the Individual Package and the Essentials Package. 

  • Prices are for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are in US Dollars. If you require an invoice, please let us know when creating the order.
